  • Flanges are manufactured from Gravity Die-Casting Method Using LM24 Graded Aluminum Alloys, standard flange diameters ranging from Ø710 mm to Ø1100 mm, with high structural rigidity.
  • The Beam Barrel is Produced from ASTM GR106 Graded Mild Steel Tubes, providing excellent strength, dimensional stability, and resistance to torsional and bending loads during high-speed weaving operations.
  • The assembly includes precision-machined locknuts and drive gears manufactured from High Graded Steel Alloys offering superior load-carrying capacity and wear resistance.
  • The weaver’s beam functions as a warp storage and delivery system, maintaining uniform yarn tension, accurate warp alignment, and controlled yarn feed throughout the weaving process.
